"Clean place and really nice staff"
I stopped in sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, and had a really good experience. The place was clean and well kept, and everyone on staff was kind and easy to talk to. Nothing fancy to complain about, just a solid visit overall

It was packed really well. Like, why can’t every order come like this? Nothing was loose, nothing was crushed, and I didn’t have to open the box holding my breath wondering what got damaged this time. Super happy with the packaging.

"Finally, a Pet Store That Didn’t Annoy Me"
I stopped in just to grab dog food, it was such a relief. So many pet stores are cramped, messy, or have that weird smell that hits you the second you walk in, but this place was actually super clean. The aisles were easy to get through, nothing was cluttered everywhere, and I didn’t have to dodge random displays just to find what I needed. It really shouldn’t feel rare to have a normal, clean shopping trip, but here we are. Overall, it was a nice visit.

"Easy for dog food reorders"
I use this mostly to reorder my dog’s food, and it works well. It saves me from having to search around every time, which is nice. Checkout did freeze on me once, though, which was a little annoying. But then it went through fine anyway, and my order was placed, so not a big deal. Overall, it does what I need.

"They fixed my order issue fast"
My bag of dog food showed up ripped, which was annoying, and whoever packed it probably could’ve done a better job. I wasn’t thrilled about dealing with it, but I reached out to Pet Supplies Plus to see what they could do.

They got back to me quickly and sent out a replacement without turning it into some big hassle. Stuff happens, I get it, but at least they owned it and handled it well, so I’ll keep ordering from them.

I had to return a harness because the size was off, it went way better than I expected. The staff took care of it really fast, there wasn’t any weird hassle, and the refund came through a couple days later. I don’t know, it just felt really easy and left me feeling good about the whole thing

I usually check a couple of places before ordering, and their prices have been better for cat litter and treats most of the time. When they run a sale, it can save me maybe a few bucks here and there, sometimes more, so it feels worth it. Checkout was standard and took about a minute or two with no problems...

I checked out on petsuppliesplus.com and, it was smooth. The cart updated fine, my coupon worked, and payment was quick. The pickup options were clear too, which I appreciated. I just wish more sites made this stuff this simple because I’m so tired of confusing checkout pages, I’m tired of coupons not working, and I’m tired of random extra steps popping up at the end. This one didn’t give me those problems, so overall it was easy and painless.

"Quick Curbside Pickup, Just Needed Clearer Instructions"
I ordered cat food and litter online and picked it up curbside the same day. Once I got there and checked in, someone brought everything out quickly. The order was right, and the employee was nice, so no complaints there. I do wish the pickup instructions were a little clearer, especially for first-timers, but overall it was easy and saved me a lot of time

"Worth It Right Away"
I grabbed my dog food and treats here a couple times my snap judgment was that the rewards program was actually worth using. The points built up way quicker than I figured they would, and I’ve already used a couple coupons at checkout. The app makes it painless too. It’s not life-changing or anything, but it saves me a few bucks, so I’m definitely not complaining.

"Fair shipping and an easy order"
I was expecting the shipping to be way more, especially with litter and food since that stuff is not exactly lightweight. I always brace myself for the total to jump at checkout, kind of like when you go in for one thing at the store and somehow leave with snacks you didn’t need. But the shipping cost was actually really fair, much cheaper than I thought it would be. Everything showed up fine too, so I really don’t have anything to complain about

I ordered some dog food and a couple of treats in the morning, and somehow it showed up that same afternoon. I wasn’t expecting it to be that fast, but this all worked out great. Everything was there, nothing was damaged or messed up, and the delivery person left it right by my door like I asked. Saved me from having to stop somewhere after work and deal with all that, so I’m happy. I’ll definitely use petsuppliesplus again.
